No Annual Fees. Resorts and vacation properties pay a low one-time setup fee to enroll in the system. Each vacation rental is allotted SYNOACCESS RFID wristbands and parking passes according to the governing bylaws of the resort or property.

Charges for SYNOACCESS wristbands are set by the property.

A standalone secure payment gateway like Stripe is required to directly handle credit card payments. A nominal convenience fee is automatically remitted to SYNOACCESS for each transaction.

Easy Online Registration. Once the property is enrolled, owners receive an email for each unit they own, prompting them to set up their accounts. Family members and personal guests can also be issued with a premium SYNOACCESS wristband for access to their property.

Other guests are enrolled on a booking-by-booking basis and receive single use SYNOACCESS wristbands valid only for the duration of their stay.

Seamless Guest Management. Each time the owner receives a rental confirmation, they register the primary rental guest in the SYNOACCESS system by entering their name, lodging dates, and contact information.

The system then automatically emails and SMS messages the guest with a link to all property rules and bylaws for acknowledgment, after which the guest can securely purchase and pay for their RFID wristbands and parking passes prior to arrival.

Hassle-Free Check-In. Guests are sent a QR code on the morning of their arrival. This is scanned at the check-in counter to receive their welcome package including wristbands and parking passes. Automated entry using the QR code may also be available on select properties.

Extending a stay is just as easy with SYNOACCESS. Guests uses their original booking engine and the owner adds in the extra days. This prompts the renter to purchase new wristbands and parking passes, which can be picked up at the front desk with confirmation.
Existing wristbands expire on the original departure date.
